30-Day Return Window You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.

  • Proof of purchase, such as your receipt or order confirmation, is required.

How to Initiate a Return To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to Contact Us at the bottom of the site.

  2. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  3. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label or further instructions for returning your item.

Refunds Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our end.

  • For refunds to credit or debit cards, the time it takes for the refund to appear on your statement may vary depending on your card issuer.

 

Exchanges We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us within 30 days of receipt to arrange for a replacement.

Non-Returnable Items Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Ineligible used or effective products
  • Gift cards.
